What does Free Shipping include?

Free Shipping is included on orders over $500. This is a curbside delivery for small items that are ship via standard shipping methods. That means they unload it from the truck. If items are too large to send via standard shipping methods Free Shipping Freight costs cover dock to dock shipping or the customer can unload it from the truck.

Additional shipping charges apply for Lift Gate Service for Large Items or for the Inside Delivery of any item. The carrier is not responsible for Inside delivery. Inside Delivery is not included in the Free Shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to coordinate inside delivery of the freight.

White Glove Delivery Service

We can arrange for a additional cost a White Glove Service that would include inside delivery. White glove service will unload and bring the item to the exact location you want it.  All packaging materials and garbage are removed from your home or business.  Our regular white glove service is for first floor deliveries. But we can also provide a personalize white glove quote for your specific requirements. 

Please note: Any incorrect information that requires extra labor to deliver your safe may result in an extra charge.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

Delivery Time Frame

Items in stock usually ship in the next 2-5 business days after you place the order. Items in stock usually arrive in 5-10 business days after you place the order. Some items might take longer depending on weather contidions, order quantities, products out of stock or special orders.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make a written note of it on the receipt when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $100 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual restocking fees and return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
